Website measurement is optional. The local Crowsnest app and your coding-agent conversations stay outside it.
crowsnest.app loads Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining sends nothing to Google, and you can change your choice here at any time.
The app is not the website.
Crowsnest is a local workspace that binds to 127.0.0.1. Its transcripts, prompts, answers, and project paths are not sent to this website or to Google Analytics. The app's account traffic remains limited to sign-in and session refresh.
This policy covers visits to crowsnest.app. It does not change the product's no-conversation-upload or no-product-telemetry guarantees.
What website analytics does.
If you allow analytics, this site loads Google's gtag.js using measurement ID G-JSZJR3LJE5. Google Analytics may process page URLs and titles, referrers, browser and device information, approximate geography, interaction events, and an identifier stored in _ga cookies.
Crowsnest uses this information to understand which public pages are useful and where visitors encounter the site. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the site's configuration. Analytics cookies are configured with a 90-day expiry.
Google processes the analytics data as the service provider. Its handling is described in Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy safeguards.
Allow, decline, or withdraw.
Before you allow analytics, the browser makes no request to Google and sets no analytics cookie. Your choice is stored only in this browser under crowsnest.analytics-consent. Withdrawing disables further collection and removes the site's known _ga cookies.
